108- Ewing- Back End Supervisor

All Backroom Functions include but not limited to (receiving, processing, EAS tagging, size nubbing, and reports individual productivity and overall backroom efficiencies to the store manager. Partnering with Manager on duty and all department team members on proper freight flow with a unified goal to be Door to Floor (DTF) in 24 hours without compromising our customer shopping experience. Fully responsible for ensuring all company policies and procedures are understood and executed. • Audits operational controls to ensure all policies are adhered to. • Ability to communicate effectively as it relates to communicating to customers and team members all Forman Mills written policy and procedures, training materials, directives and any other materials Forman Mills produces.
