HEAD DESIGNER - Contemporary Apparel Brand

High-end Growing Contemporary Apparel Brand is seeking a Head Designer to join their team. The Head Designer will be in charge of leading the design of each collection, creating mood boards  fabric sourcing and hand sketching. This is a great opportunity for an experienced designer to create designs for a leading fashion brand from inception to completion, while also managing and mentoring their team. Responsibilities: Develop Concepts and manage all stages of design and strategy from concept to final style Responsible for designing Cut/sew knits and wovens Manage product assortments, time & action calendars, and tech pach development Work with design team and co-founders, reviewing product assortment Create Collection from inception to completion Work on multiple collections at once Knowledge of Technical design, and fit is a plus Requirements: Min 5-8 yrs experience Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator Positive Attitude Ability to multi-task and works well in a fast paced environment Self sufficient
